RESIDENTIAL SERVICES:
Modern Maid has been providing professional and courteous house cleaning services since 1981. We are approaching 30 years of maintaining some of the finest residences in Indianapolis and surroundiing counties.
Our experienced staff will clean, dust, polish, vacuum, mop, scour and sweep. We will also provide other in-home cleaning services at your request.
When our cleaning professionals arrive at your home, they will clean the bathrooms, wipe down appliances, scour sinks, dust (to include baseboards), clean counters, polish furniture, pick up and remove trash. Our house cleaning service team will also vacuum all carpeting and wash all floors, including corners.
Residential clients may also benefit from other add-on services, such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, gutter and chandelier cleaning. These services can be requested and scheduled outside of our normal housekeeping services.
If you have any special requirements for your home cleaning that are not listed above, just ask!
COMMERCIAL SERVICES:
Modern Maid provides commercial office cleaning services in Indianapolis and surrounding counties.
Our staff, fully insured and bonded, will provide thorough surface cleaning of all work areas including computers, printers, desk tops, counters, files, and partitions. All surfaces will be dusted and wiped clean. We also offer general maintenance of any kitchen, pantry or cafeteria lounge areas. Bathroom facilities will be serviced to include the replenishment of soap dispensers, paper towels, bathroom tissue and seat liners. Trash will be collected and removed.
Modern Maid will also accommodate event and specialized cleanings, including construction clean up, conference rooms, office renovations, office moves, and other heavy cleaning services.
